Is Zygor Guides against TOS?

No they don’t. They can act on whichever ones they feel like. Zygor operates within a gray zone where the add-on is 100% free and you can create your own guides for it but zygor sells you it’s guides to use with the add-on which might not be agaoinst TOS.

When you’re ready to install, click the Install/Download button. Once the Status display says “No updates available.”, click the Play button to launch the game. At the character selection screen, click the AddOns button in the lower left hand corner and make sure Zygor Guides Viewer 5 is enabled. Enter the game.
